Terms of Service

1. Overview and Middleman Role

• Platform Nature: Aether Boost acts solely as an independent intermediary (middleman) platform connecting buyers (users seeking game boosting, accounts, or gems) with independent third-party boosters ("Boosters").
• Independent Contractors: Boosters operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Aether Boost. While we vet and coordinate with our boosters, we do not directly perform the game services.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Account Creation: To purchase services or interact with our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or have valid parental/guardian consent) to use our services.
• Game Terms Compliance: You acknowledge that services such as account sharing, boosting, or buying/selling accounts and gems may violate the Terms of Service of game publishers (e.g., Supercell / Brawl Stars). You use our services entirely at your own risk. Aether Boost is not responsible for any game bans, suspensions, or penalties applied by game developers.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Middleman Escrow

• Pricing and Transactions: All prices are listed on our website. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment processors.
• Escrow Hold: When you purchase a service, funds are held securely by Aether Boost as an intermediary. Funds are only released to the Booster upon successful and satisfactory completion of the agreed service.
• Chargebacks and Fraud: Unauthorized chargebacks, payment fraud, or disputes filed in bad faith will result in an immediate permanent ban from the platform and potential legal action.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Before Service Starts: You may request a cancellation and full refund before a Booster has started working on your order.
• During Service: Once a boosting service has commenced, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a Booster fails to complete the order or violates safety guidelines, partial or full refunds may be issued after investigation.
• Account/Gem Transactions: Due to the digital nature of game accounts and virtual items, sales of accounts or gems become final once the transfer details or items are successfully delivered and verified.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aether Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of virtual items, game accounts, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or services provided by Boosters.
